Who This Is For
The Right Fit – And The Wrong Fit
Ideal Background
- 1-3 years in sales, insurance, real estate, mortgage, or any commission-based role (preferred, not required)
- Comfortable initiating conversations with small business owners — in person, by phone, or virtually
- Experience managing your own schedule or client list without daily supervision
- Background in retail, hospitality, or service industries where relationships drove results
- Basic familiarity with payments or POS technology is a plus — not required
- Bilingual candidates encouraged — many underserved merchant markets are non- English-speaking
